Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for website packages purchased from Mullen Web Design.

Custom Website Services

All website packages are custom digital services. Each website is built specifically for your business, using your branding, content and requirements.

Work typically begins shortly after purchase, once we have had an initial discussion about your project.

Before Work Has Started

If you change your mind shortly after purchasing and no work has yet begun on your website, a full refund can be issued.

I believe in being fair. If no time has been spent on your project, there is no problem refunding your payment.

After Work Has Started

Once work has begun on your custom website, payments are non-refundable. This is because time, planning and design work will already have been dedicated to your project.

I will always work closely with you to ensure you are happy with the design and direction before the website goes live. Adjustments and refinements can be made during the build process so that the final result meets your expectations.

Ongoing Hosting

Monthly hosting fees, where applicable after the first year, can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts for hosting renewals.
